Dr. Holloway formed Resource Economics, Inc. in Austin, Texas in 1992 where the firm has completed numerous economic studies for both public agencies and private sector organizations, and has provided expert witness services in Texas and U.S. courts and regulatory venues for over twenty years.
Milton Holloway was twice appointed Executive Director of the Texas energy policy office during the energy crises of the 1970s and 1980s—by Governor Briscoe in 1977 and Governor Clements in 1980. Since leaving government in 1983 he has consulted with both private and public entities on a wide range of topics, including energy, water, environment and tax policy areas. Since 2005 he has served as President & COO of a Texas non-profit organization of electric utilities and high-tech companies called the Center for the Commercialization of Electric Technologies. Barbara has years of experience formulating and implementing Biomedical Ethics Policy, teaching and leading ethics groups and leading patient care conferences dealing with medical-ethical dilemmas. |
