1970s and 1980s—by Governor Briscoe in 1977 and Governor Clements in 1980.

She offers consultancy in healthcare ethics and in the preservation and conservation of wild life and the environment through photography.
Barbara has been a leader in Healthcare for 35 years. Her expertise includes Nursing, Biomedical Ethics and Spirituality. Barbara has years of experience formulating and implementing Biomedical Ethics Policy, teaching and leading ethics groups and leading patient care conferences dealing with medical-ethical dilemmas.
