Milton Holloway was twice appointed Executive Director of the Texas energy policy office during the energy crises of the 1970s and 1980s—by Governor Briscoe in 1977 and Governor Clements in 1980.

Since leaving government in 1983 he has consulted with both private and public entities on a wide range of topics, including energy, water, environment and tax policy areas.

Barbara performs management and administrative duties at the firm. She offers consultancy in healthcare ethics and in the preservation and conservation of wild life and the environment through photography.

Barbara has been a leader in Healthcare for 35 years. Her expertise includes Nursing, Biomedical Ethics and Spirituality.

Barbara has years of experience formulating and implementing Biomedical Ethics Policy, teaching and leading ethics groups and leading patient care conferences dealing with medical-ethical dilemmas.
